Refund policy

At Valanadu Oils & Foods, we take pride in delivering pure, high-quality cold-pressed oils and natural foods. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at goodlandenterprises.in@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will share the return shipping address.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return.
